Whether you find yourself in a season of joy or a season of hardship, we don’t want you to walk through it alone. Our Care Ministry is here to come alongside you and offer prayer, encouragement and resources specific to your situation.
The purpose of the Awaken Care Team is to intentionally care for our church family by providing services that may assist and encourage them during their time of need. By showing kindness and compassion through our service to each other, we hope to carry each other’s burdens while putting the gospel into action.
Services will be specific to each person’s need, but may include meals, prayer, connecting others in similar stages of life or accompanying them to a doctor’s appointment or procedure.
If you need assistance or are undergoing a hardship or life change, please complete the following intake form and someone will contact you.
If you’d like to refer someone to the Care team, you can complete the below referral on their behalf.

Pray is our first resort, not our last response.
We have a weekly prayer team that meets at the church every Wednesday from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm to pray. If you would like to be a part of the prayer team, but are not able to meet weekly, that’s okay! We still want you to be a part of the team!
